Our Story
Edinburgh Japanese Church was started on 23rd of September 2007. We are a group of international Christians who worship together every Sunday in Japanese with an aim of reaching out to Japanese people.The church seeks to reach the approximately 2,000 Japanese people in Edinburgh and the surrounding area with the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Meet our Pastor
Jaehun Park is our founding pastor, he is pictured with his wife Youngsook.

"I was trained at Korean Presbyterian Theological Seminary (M. Div, Korea), Free Church College (B. Th, UK), Aberdeen University (M. Th, UK).

I thank God for filling my life with overflowing love as I have served the Edinburgh Japanese Church for the past 18 years. The Lord has graciously built us up from what was just a small Bible study group into a blessed church, personally guiding every ministry. I pray that our church will always be a community centred on God, the Word, and Jesus Christ. I hope that the beautiful faith of each and every member will become God's greatest joy and glory."
